Description

Overview:
Manages the bleaching and deodorizing operations and has a joint responsibility with Crush Manager for the performance of the Acid/Caustic Refining process.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated leadership & management skills within a team environment
Strong execution, communication and organization skills
At least 3 to 5 years operations experience
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management
Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
Unrestricted cross boarder mobility
