Maintain & Repair facility when needed, we have 20 rooms, a kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, tub room, etc. Check equipment daily (boiler, compressor, walk in cooler, etc). Seasonal duties like mowing grass, shoveling snow, etc. Work experience would be a huge asset and Grade 12 would be great as well. First Aid/CPR would be required but if don't have it we can arrange that.
Specific Maintenance Activities
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Paint
- Repair drywall
