OBJECTIVE:

Can-Seed Equipment Ltd. is looking for a professional and hard working individual who exceeds in a fast-pace work environment. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills that can multitask and prioritize.  This position requires ongoing interaction and support for the outside sales team, as well as inside parts sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide prompt and efficient support to the outside sales team.
Focused on customer service.
Represent the company for inside parts, sales, quoting, ordering, and follow ups.
Gain knowledge on numerous manufacturers parts and products.
Engage with dealership personnel when needed in completing a sale, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer needs are met.
Able to take telephone calls and answer questions that customers may have.
Assist in updating relevant customer account information, such as equipment and operational information.
Work under pressure in order to meet specific deadlines.
Ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team.
Perform other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

3 to 5 years of demonstrated excellence in sales and/or marketing.
Strong understanding of farming practices in Western Canada.
Exceptional relationship management and networking skills to function in a diverse environment.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Superior decision making skills and the ability to lead others through a decision making process.
A team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
