Job Duies:
Preparing and cook various types of Japanese foods including chicken teriyaki, chicken-katsu, deep fried chicken with Japanese house sauce, assorted tempura, gyoza, agedashi tofu, various sushi items and other Japanese food items
Assisting in the planning of menus;
Training other employees with respect to food preparation
