The main focus of this position is to maintain the appearance of our hotel guest rooms, event rooms, public space, outlets, and heart of house areas.
This individual will also assist in basic maintenance troubleshooting and fixes involving plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
Qualifications
Experience in painting and patching is necessary
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, heating and A/C in order to trouble-shoot and problem solve
Able to handle various hand tools
Highly organized with ability to multitask
Ability to work independently
