Applications are invited for a part time (30%) Library Assistant at Lipton School commencing August 26, 2015.

Nicknamed the Village on the Valley, Lipton offers many recreational opportunities due to its close proximity to the QuAppelle Valley. A small, quiet community, Lipton features skating and curling rinks, a recreation centre, and library.

Required Education, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

A Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
Post-secondary Library/Information Services Diploma or certificate would be an asset.
Working knowledge in the use of computers such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and database systems.
Familiarity with Mandarin 3 Library Software would be an asset.
Able to demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.

Starting wage for this position is $18.40 per hour.
