Mature dedicated couple required for live in resident managers. This position is for a 180 unit apartment complex in Saskatoon, SK. Experience in repairs, maintenance,cleaning, suite rentals and rent collections would be an asset.

- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings

- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
