Require Immediately one reasonably experienced farm laborer to work on Hartman farms Limited in and around Elrose SK.
Full time and Permanent position for strictly grain farm. Full time work in winter includes shop work consisting of small manufacturing jobs. Farming staff
are required to work in the manufacturing section over the winter. Duties will
include: general farm work including seeding, spraying, swathing, combining , truck driving, machinery maintenance for crop related operation.
Maintain quality control and production records.
During winter duties will include basic welding, fabrication & assembly of various
products we build. Requirements: General knowledge of
agriculture and equipment required to grow, harvest & store a crop.
Background in agricultural in order to understand and contribute to
the successes & profit of the business Must have Good people
skill to work with our team and our customers. Being able
to do basic welding will be a big benefit Benefits: none
Working Conditions: Hours of work: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per
week. During seeding and harvest season, longer hours may be required.
