Responsibilities:
    Research and resolve any potential claims issues with internal and external parties
    OS&D
    Freight experience would be an asset but not necessary
    Fulfill other duties as required


Qualifications:
    Must be able to work as a team
    Computer knowledge and email is a must
    Good work attitude and willing to learn
    Good customer service skills
    Commitment to continual improvement
