JOB/POSITION SUMMARY:
This position requires photographers to travel to various locations and photograph students and staff. This position provides superior customer service to students and staff. This position also requires store-work and cash handling.
ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS:
This position is vital to the success of the overall business. The photos taken by the individual and team in this position are expected to be given to the Lead Photographer, Manager on Duty, or Studio Photographer upon return. Photographers are to report to any personal inconsistencies or issues to the Human Resources Manager, and all other issues to the Manager on Duty.
WORK PERFORMED:
To photograph students and staff and clients in studio or on site
To adhere to photograph standards laid out by management
To represent Picture Perfect in an admirable manner
To be punctual and intuitive
To maintain a consistent product as a team as laid out by the managers
To handle money and personal information in the manner set out by management
To perform daily cash-out and closing duties
To maintain a clean and organized work environment and public area
To provide leadership and knowledge when required and/or requested
Other assigned duties assigned by management
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Supervision will be provided for the first two weeks by Managers and will be monitored by Lead Photographers thereafter. After two months, school photographers will be expected to perform independently or in small groups.
