Oceania Inn is looking for One full-time cook (35-40 hours per week), specialized in Canadian-Chinese cuisine,1-2 years Experience preferred...

Job duties and responsibilities will be:

1) Prepares all menu items according to quantity menus.
2) Prepare and cook special meals (include dim sum) for customers.
3) Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
4) May plan menus (include dim sum menus), determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
5) Cleans and sanitizes work areas.
