Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada's leading car and truck accessory retailer and distributor to both the private and industry sectors. We have 37 stores across the country. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for Saskatchewan.
Based in Regina or Saskatoon, the Business Development Manager is responsible for creating and managing customer accounts with commercial fleet, jobber, and dealer customers in the assigned business region. The Business Development Manager maintains strong customer relationships by problem solving, providing knowledge and assistance, and making regular visits to the customer location.
Responsibilities
Visit new and existing fleet, jobber and dealer customers at their place of business
Provide quotes and other information to new and existing customers
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets for the Saskatchewan territory
Ensure consistent, ongoing communication with our retail locations in Regina and Saskatoon as well as our wholesale customer support team based in Moncton, NB
Complete and submit weekly sales activity reports
Attend and participate in trade shows
Travel as required within Saskatchewan as well as other areas of the country on occasion
Qualifications
Community College Diploma, preferably in sales or automotive
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience along with extensive knowledge of and a passion for the automotive industry
Excellent teamwork and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills
