As a Department Administrator, you will:
-Be responsible for the document control and support of various Departments
-Create purchase requisitions and open new projects
-Assist in the development of quotations and coordinate turnover packages and reports
-Keep track and enter timesheets and submit to payroll on a weekly basis
-Receive packing slips and file according to job number
-Provide coverage and assistance for other office staff as required
-Provide support to project managers and supervisors as well as clients of Shermco
-Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
-2-3 years experience in an Administrative role
-Superior oral and written communication skills
-Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is required
-Knowledge of ACCPAC, Salesforce, and Norming software will be considered an asset
