Applied Industrial Technologies LP is hiring for a FT 3-5 yr position based in our Canadian head office located at 3077 Faithfull Ave,Saskatoon, SK, S7K 8B3,but will require travel to various operating locations across Canada&travel to the United States. This position will play a critical role in the continued growth of the company&be responsible for the development&execution of the Canadian business units strategies&operating plans.  Direct mgnt authority over 12 field&functional mgnt positions across Canada. Responsible for directing engagement with key suppliers, customers&vertical market leaders to solidify&grow our market position in Canada; providing visionary&strategic leadership for the organization; developing&delivering on strategic plans through tactical mgnt of people&business objectives; seeking, developing&delivering on merger&acquisition (M&A) targets&strategies; directing all direct&indirectly managed staff&responsible for professional development, motivation, performance evaluation, discipline, compensation&development of personnel policies&procedures; establishing&directing financial goals, objectives&budgets; developing&maintaining relationships with other relevant associations, industry&government stakeholders; providing strategic oversight of product mgnt responsibilities including, but not limited to supplier mgnt&development programs; trategic oversight of sales growth strategies; developing&maintaining relationships with key customers.

Position req'd Bachelors degree in business admin., engineering or other related field; MBA degree is preferred; 3-5 years of exp. in a sr. mgnt or executive capacity in the distribution of bearings, power transmission components, fluid power products&other industrial products in regional&int'l markets
