The Role:
Planning and executing related events and education
Preparing written communication correspondences
Secretary to all Education / Events Committees and the Young Executive Committee
Secretary to Special Projects in relation to partnerships
Liaison with members and industry stakeholders
Maintaining Company Website
The Ideal Candidate:
Recruit new members by selling and marketing
Uploading current information for the Association, Facebook and Twitter
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Requirements:
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and administrative skills
Strong working knowledge of computer systems, MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Publisher and MS PowerPoint
Post-secondary diploma or University degree
Minimum 2 years' experience in an office team setting
Willingness to work in non-standard workplaces and outside of standard hours if required
