Job Description: This out of scope position is available immediately, due to a retirement, and is accountable for ensuring quality employee payroll and scheduling services for Heartland Health Region.  The incumbent is responsible for effective and efficient services managed in a manner consistent with the Vision, Values, Strategic Directions and Goals of the Heartland Health Regional Health Authority.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of electronic scheduling and payroll experience required.
Minimum of five (5) years of recent and progressively responsible management experience with demonstrated excellence in leadership, organization and change management.

Qualifications:

-A relevant degree in Management/Administration.  A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered.

-Proven skills in leadership, change management, organization, oral and written communication required.

-Ability to translate strategic direction into operational plans in a complex, challenging and fast paced environment.

-Working knowledge of general human resources, organizational development and financial management principles.

-Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.

-Proficient in computer software applications and demonstrated ability to implement new programs.

-Demonstrated ability to work independently in a self-motivated manner to effectively motivate others and build and lead effective teams.

-Must be able to travel, possess a current driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.

37.50 hours per 1 week rotatio
