CWB - Prairie West Terminal is seeking to hire the appropriate candidate for the permanent, full-time position of Maintenance Supervisor.   The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall daily maintenance of all the PWT facilities (Concrete, Dodsland, Kindersley, Luseland and Plenty).  Duties include, but are not limited to, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as required, acquiring quotes and ordering parts where needed, hiring staff and performing regular inspections.

Applicants will be able to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision and identify maintenance issues.  They will be able to appropriately delegate tasks to a maintenance assistant and work well on a team environment.

Applicants must be able to work outside in various environmental conditions, and occasionally work in confined spaces.  The successful candidate will possess a valid drivers license, as well as previous maintenance experience, and will be able to lift heavy objects and be well-versed with welding, cutting and repairing metal. Previous experience with any or all of the following: electrical, millwright and/or plumbing work would be an asset.  Must be willing to work in accordance with safety standards.

Required tools will be provided.
