Airport Animal Hospital is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our small animal practice. We are a growing hospital managed by two, young energetic owners and equally staffed by a remarkable group of professionals. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, learning new technologies, practicing quality medicine, and taking the time to provide an exceptional customer experience to our clients and their pets. Typical duties include using our practice management software, client communications over the phone and in person, processing financial transactions, assisting with patient care, dispensing medications, and other reception activities.
At Airport Animal Hospital, our employees are our most important resource. What this means is that you will have the opportunity to work a reduced work week (four 9 hour days) with the occasional Saturday morning. This work schedule results in more long weekends and days off each month and throughout the year. Additional benefits include a great health/dental plan, continuing education, staff discounts, and scrub allowance. Salary is commensurate with experience. Having a Veterinary Medical Receptionist (VMR) certificate or a Veterinary Office Assistant certificate is considered an asset. Those with other veterinary hospital or medical clinic receptionist experience are also encouraged to apply. To apply, please send a resume and cover letter to Cheryl Holtz, 4645 Rae Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4S 6K6, or by email: administration.aah@sasktel.net. For additional information about our hospital, please visit our website located at www.airportanimalhospital.ca or check us out on facebook. We look forward to you joining our team!
