This individual will manage the sales force and support the sales and marketing of products and services for BCP in Saskatchewan.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field and at least 10 years of strategic or management experience. This self-motivated individual will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with highly developed leadership and presentation skills. This position requires a person who possesses the skills and determination necessary to develop strong, positive customer relationships, grow the business and successfully manage an existing sales staff.
Duties to include:
Direct supervisory responsibility for the sales and sales support team.
Strategic management of all aspects of the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force
Maintain close and open working relationships with branch and regional operational managers to support customer satisfaction
Identify customer and market opportunities in the region
Implement and develop corporate and regional specific marketing programs for all products and services applicable to the region
Timely and appropriate communication of competitive information, product changes, and product health and safety issues
Recruit, lead, coach, develop and mentor the sales force
Note:
A recent drivers abstract will be required
Salary will be commensurate with education, experience, skills and knowledge
