TinyEYE is looking for a customer-oriented technical problem solver to join our capable Saskatoon team at our corporate headquarters at Innovation Place. This new, full-time, permanent role will fulfill a suite of duties that are essential to TinyEYEs success, and has great long-term growth potential:
- Front-line technical support for TinyEYEs online therapy customers via phone and Skype
- Software bug tracking and triage
- IT services for internal staff, including assistance with hardware and software problems, IT roadmap planning, and deployment of new IT systems
- Software quality assurance for our in-house developed software systems
Key qualifications and aptitudes include:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
