The Vaughn Wyant Automotive Group is now accepting applications for a Fleet Service Advisor based out of our Jubilee Ford location. We are looking for a person who excels at customer service, who will enjoy dealing with our amazing customers, has a passion for automobiles and someone who will enjoy working in a family environment.
As the successful applicant you will:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be extremely organized
- Have exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Be self motivated
- Ability to work independently and as a team
In this exciting role, you will:
- Book customer service appointments
- Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner, let customers who are waiting in line know that they will be helped soon
- Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems
- Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate; and approximate time when vehicles work will be completed
- Obtain customer and vehicle data
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
- Review work performed, answer any questions and explain charges and coverage
- Stay up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership
- Advise customers of parts ordered and make an appointment to have them installed before customer leaves
