Are you looking for casual and temporary work in a reception setting?

We have a great opportunity that would be perfect for the semi-retired or those with flexible schedules.

As Casual Receptionist, you will cover reception when needed - EDOs, vacation time, training days, etc.  
Specifically, you will:  

- Be the first point of contact with guests - greet customers and visitors, ensure they are signed in and provide them information and answer general questions.
- Receive and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person and take messages.
- Prepare daily courier packages, arrange additional picks-ups when required.
- Order office supplies.
- Receive, sort and stamp incoming mail and ensure outgoing mail is posted and ready for pick up.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Various clerical duties as required; reporting any issues, daily maintenance of common areas, assist with coordinating meetings and catering requirements.

Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist / Administrative role.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Office Education is an asset.

Personality/Desired attributes:
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deal professionally with customers and co-workers.
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize.
