Description
    Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
    Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
    Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
    Order supplies and equipment
    Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
    Clean kitchen and work areas
    Recruit and hire staff
    Manage kitchen operations

Salary: $12.50 per hour
Permanent, Part Time (20.00 to less than 30.00 hours per week) and Full Time (35.00 to 40.00 hours per week) Positions Available, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
