Saskatchewan Polytechnic Students' Association Inc.(SPSA), a non-profit organization has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant, approximately 20 hours/week at our Prince Albert Campus location. This person will be responsible for responding to front counter and telephone enquiries; handling and processing cash, selling memberships, general office duties in addition to providing support to operational areas.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate well and maintain effective working relationships. The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and computerized accounting systems.
Wage dependent on qualifications and experience.
