Reporting to the Box Office Manager, the Sales Agent works closely with other Sales Agents, Front of House staff and administration personnel. In fulfilling this position's core responsibilities, Globe Theatre expects the Sales Agent to:
Sell, exchange and distribute tickets/subscriptions
Provide high quality customer service to Globe Theatre patrons in person and over the telephone
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, incredible customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as the following:
The ability to handle and reconcile a cash float
Excellent time management capabilities
Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to technology and change
