Weyburn Credit Union is seeking the services of a highly motivated individual to provide quality lending services to our members. This position reports directly to the Consumer Lending Manager and involves the following primary responsibilities: interviewing members, analyzing loan applications, providing information on lending services, granting and follow-up of consumer and residential mortgage loans, and cross-selling a full range of credit union products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in all aspects of consumer and residential mortgage lending.
- Understanding of CMHC lending.
- Solid working knowledge and thorough understanding of the legal and legislative requirements associated with lending.
- Proven success working within a sales, service, and goal-oriented environment.
- Effective listening, telephoning, and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Builds and sustains effective working relationships with staff, members, and community.
- Ability to mediate, persuade, influence, and negotiate.
