Job Description: As a Registered Nurse, the Director Client Services is responsible for managing the Home Services department, and ensures that client care
demands are met with appropriate staff while attempting to maintain consistency in client care. The Director Client Services works closely with the Director Nursing Services, and is responsible for ensuring that CCA staff work within scope of practice, ensuring that delegated Nursing procedures are appropriately taught and within SRNA guidelines. Recruits, hires and trains staff, ensures that staff get updated education according to organization guidelines, and manages ongoing concerns raised by clients/families or staff. This position requires close liaison with Community Care Coordinators, Nurses (RN), Schedulers and Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) staff as well as clients and families to ensure care needs are met appropriately in a safe environment.
Required Qualifications

Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
3 Years Nursing Experience
3 Years Management Experience
Other Information

LEAN certified or in the process of becoming certified

Expected Start Date: September 1, 2015
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
37.50 hours per 1 week rotation
