The successful applicant will be responsible for all areas of production as determined by manager. The candidate must be able to maintain consistent quality of all bakery products, assist in receiving of merchandise, inventory control and sanitation. Lifting is involved (20kg). Position requires varying shifts, however usually night shift (2am or 4am start). At least 3 years experience in commercial baking. Must be proficient in cake decorating as well as all stages of the mixing/production of bread(we are a scratch bakery). Willing to train person with right attributes.
