Big Muddy Inn.  is looking for a F/T Food Service Supervisor(Part-time job seeker is welcome)
Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC#6212)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $13.00/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk
Benefits: 5.9% Vacation pay
Anticipated Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 170 Main Street Bengough SK Canada S0C0K0
Work Setting: Restaurant in the Motel
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Credential: Not required
Experience: At least 3 years working experience or Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline
Language: English
Job Description:
    Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
    Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
    Establish methods to meet work schedules
    Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
    Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Work Conditions: Work in fast-pace, under the pressure, work with others, able to supervise staffs
