Express Employment Professionals is currently searching for a team-oriented customer service representative who has knowledge in IT technical support and technology repair. This role demands strong communication skills, both verbal and written. This individual must enjoy talking with inquiring callers and client interaction. Candidates must be hard working with high expectations on attendance and punctuality.
Job Description
Face-to-face professional customer service
Professional phone etiquette when monitoring inbound/outbound phone calls
Fast-paced work environment with a variety of tasks
Keep track of inventory while safeguarding all store stock
Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
Requirements:
Candidates must have excellent English communication skills; both oral and written
Must have the ability and drive to continuously meet monthly sales goals
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to keep your composure when faced with multiple deadlines
Great attention to detail
Ability to work well with others in a small, close knit team
