Lloydminster & District Co-op is a diversified, co-operative Canadian retailer based in the Border City of Lloydminster, AB/SK. With annual sales of over $153 Million, we operate four divisions: Food, Agriculture, Petroleum, and Propane. Last year alone, the propane division saw sales in excess of $25 Million. We are currently building a brand new Propane/Petroleum site, which will house the propane and cardlock fuel divisions. Weve been in business for over 100 years, literally, and were looking to hire an experienced Propane Manager to grow this division of our Co-op to the next level.

The Propane Manager is responsible for:
* Achieving departmental financial and growth targets
* Providing strong leadership and management to the propane team
* Soliciting new business, and maintaining and servicing existing accounts with a high degree of excellence
* Demonstrating and practicing a commitment to health and safety

As the Propane Manager, youll have at least 5-7 years of propane industry experience and would preferably hold a Gas Fitter license in AB and SK. Youll have demonstrated financial acumen, and an ability to communicate and lead employees with a results-driven focus. Youre adept at managing complex situations. You know how to move product, you're skilled at managing inventory, and youre a self-starter.
