Construction office requires full-time office administrator to assist and report to, our office manager in our head office located in Regina. Wide variety of duties including telephone reception, dispatch to service technicians, co-ordinate project correspondence for our construction crews, shipping & receiving, warranty claims, employee time sheets, creating & maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with our company safety program. Proficiency in Office Excel, Word, and Outlook programs would be a definite asset. Must have a valid driver's license.
