RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Writing and formatting letters, reports, spreadsheets and graphs
*Creating PowerPoint presentations and templates
*Running reports as well as updating and analyzing data
*Coordinating appointments and calendars for staff and executives
*Filing, mail sorting, courier and travel arrangements
*Managing phones, directing visitors, setting up appointments
QUALIFICATIONS:
*University of College diploma in related field considered an asset
*3-5 years of experience in an office environment
*Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*Highly skilled in document processing, development and editing
*Self-starter with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
*Detail oriented and able to work well under pressure and with deadlines
*Demonstrated problem solving and judgment abilities
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
