Description

Access Prairies Partnership, of which Carillion is a part of,  has been selected to build the new Saskatchewan Hospital provincial psychiatric facility in North Battleford.

The new 188-bed facility will have 32 more beds & an integrated 96-room correctional centre

Responsibilities
Foster & maintain an effective working relationship with the respective client, customers, suppliers & partners
Upholds, safeguards & promotes the Carillion values, mission & vision while relating particularly to ethics, integrity, corporate & social responsibility
Responsible for the scope of Hard FM support services as contracted, the applicable financial & service performance metrics
Demonstrates an advanced customer service culture throughout all services being delivered within their scope
Demonstrates a visible presence within the operations they oversee while working alongside the team with support in delivering the contracted services, improving business efficiency, achieving budgetary compliance & dealing with issues on a daily basis to ensure highly effective teamwork & workplace morale
Deploys & monitors all applicable Carillion policies & procedures

Requirements:
5 years minimum related experience as a Facility or Maintenance Manager (Hard FM)
10 years minimum related Hard FM maintenance experience with trade qualification
Degree/Diploma/PEng or equivalent experience & education
Experience as operational team lead working in a multi-disciplinary environment
Experience in leadership role in a multi-function business contract.
Participates in the Hard FM maintenance of client's facilities.
The Facility Manager of Maintenance is responsible for leading and delivery of the Hard FM Services, including Plant Operations, Building Fabrics & Equipment Maintenance, Landscaping, Grounds & Road maintenance services & Call Center Services
Prepare annual operating plans & budgets, project works delivery scheduling & maintain a rolling 5 year maintenance/lifecycle plans.
