Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor at our Belle Plaine, SK location. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day coordination and execution of capital construction work, including field-level safety, permitting, direction of embedded and short-term contractors, reporting, and Labour, Equipment and Material daily verification. The Construction Supervisor provides construction management on behalf of several Project Managers and may be deployed in both the Refinery and Mining Area. Significant weekend, evening, and on-call work may be required. Working within the Construction Coordination group, this position is sp ecifically intended to liaise with Operations.

What is required for this role?
* Grade 12/GED.
* Significant operations and/or a combination of operations and trades experience is desired.
* 5 years minimum experience at the Belle Plaine operation or at other similar potash mines.
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and Maximo.
* Highly developed communication and leadership skills.
* Safety, communication, OH&S, trade or specialty certifications related to construction are an asset.
* Broad trades and construction experience.
* Strong work ethic, organized and self-motivated.
* Ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities.
