Reporting to the Executive Director, the Event/ Fund Development Coordinator will assist with the coordination, management, and development of fund raising revenue generation and event coordination to meet the annual goals of the FASD Network of Saskatchewan.
The following represents some of the duties that the successful candidate would be responsible for:
Planning, implementation and follow-up for all events and annual receptions.
Develop and maintain event and volunteer databases.
Manage all aspects of volunteer committees and volunteer coordination
Coordinate event logistics and publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution.
Responsible for the development and fulfillment of the events and marketing budgets.
Cultivate and expand sponsorship development and fulfillment.
As directed, seek new sources of funding and gift-in-kind through grant proposals, presentations, direct mail appeals, and face-to-face asks.
Assist in researching organizations including Trusts, Companies and Foundations with an interest in FASD
Coordinate and communicate Network activities and events
Maintain ongoing relationship with donors and sponsors
The Ideal Candidate will possess:

o A strong understanding of Microsoft programs and Adobe Creative Cloud
o Post-Secondary degree/diploma in a field related to planning, project management or fund development
