Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for an Order Desk Associate in Saskatoon, SK, with one of our top clients. This is an ongoing contract with the potential to turn into a permanent role As the Order desk Associate you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to customers through taking orders via phone or walk in traffic. The successful candidate will possess proven customer service skills, you will have strong attention to detail and able to problem solve in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities for the Order Desk Associate will include;
-Initial contact with customers- phones and walk in clientele in a busy office
-Order entry/parts requests into a user-friendly computer database
- Filing of documentation
-Support Sales department in terms of administrative responsibilities

Qualifications include:
-1-3 years office experience in a industrial environment
-Strong attention to detail & problem solving skills
-Superior customer service skills
-History of reliability
-Previous experience in a similar role, where taking orders was a main duty
