As the Administrative Assistant for this well established law firm, you will provide administrative support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
General accounting assistance:
- Prepare client billings, respond to billing inquiries and co-ordinate with clients regarding billing preferences.
- Coordinate the distribution of monthly reminder statements.
- Process payment of associate invoices, using corresponding tariff time codes as required.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing preferences and liaise with Accounts Receivable Clerk.
General administration:
- Respond to general inquiries from callers and visiting clients, redirecting calls or providing standard information.
- Sort, open and distribute mail within the group.
- Accurate manual and electronic file maintenance.
Provide administrative support to the team as required.
