RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide reception coverage outside of regular business hours
Deliver excellent customer service to all callers
Answer incoming calls using a multi-line, computerized phone system
Route callers to the appropriate department or on-call contact

QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Able to handle high volumes of calls using a multi-line, computerized phone system
Excellent communication skills with a professional, pleasant phone demeanour
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Outstanding customer service capabilities and a positive attitude

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must be available Monday-Friday, 9pm-12am
Available for extra shifts as needed
