JOB SUMMARY
Application Developer will be responsible for requirements analysis, design & development, unit testing, performing design & code reviews, & development of technical documentation.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
Actively participate in the development & review of business & system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions
Design application solutions that fully implement business requirements
Produce technical documentation      
Troubleshoot application production issues                  
Provide updates on work in progress, work completed, work planned, & issues
Perform systems analysis & functional testing as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years experience developing business applications on the Microsoft .NET Platform
Minimum 5 years experience deploying business systems
Minimum 5 years experience using Visual Source Safe, SVN, & StarTeam as a version control tool
Minimum 5 years experience in code testing methods & tools
Experience working within VB.net, MS Visual Studio 2005, MS SQL Server 2000, Report Viewer
Ability to create technical documents including but not limited to: functional specifications, operational documentation, release plans, release notes & architecture documents
Strong working knowledge & experience with Quality Assurance methods & processes
Demonstrated technical & troubleshooting skills
Experience developing & leading release plans & processes
Demonstrated experience managing systems development, estimating, planning & scheduling project activities & team resources
