Position and Responsibilities
Madero is looking for someone who wants to hit the ground running and will enjoy a fast-paced work environment. Day-to-day duties will include:
Inventory data entry and reconciliation
Handling incoming calls
Invoicing
Mail distribution
Accounts receivable collections
Filing
Responding to internal/external requests
Answering phones and office email accounts
Education and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be able to deal effectively with customers and vendors alike and work alongside the sales teams when needed. We require someone with 3-5+ years of office experience and you must be proficient in MS Office and general computing tasks.
