- Using dough machine
- Making and topping pizzas
- Removing pizzas from oven
- Cutting and placing into pizza box
- Making Pasta and Wraps
- Use food preparation tools in accordance with manufactures instructions
- Open and close the kitchen correctly according to service standards and check-lists
- Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
- Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately
- Keep the work area fresh all through the shift
Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices
- Promote a safe working environment
