Description

EnviroWay is seeking to hire administration assistant to join our diverse team.

Objectives:
    Give a warm and professional voice to the organization
    Be a source of organization and direction for staff
    Support staff by taking on various projects and daily activities (minimize work flow)
    Encourage an environmentally friendly atmosphere
    Learn and develop new skills to create new opportunities for operational efficiency
    Nurture strong, professional relationships throughout all activities

Key Responsibilities:
    Receiving and greeting all visitors in a warm professional manner.
    Execute Front desk reception duties which include handling all phone traffic and managing internal & external communications in a timely and professional manner.
    Taking messages and directing voicemails to employee inboxes.
    Performing general administrative duties such as collecting and distributing all incoming mail and courier items.
    Developing and maintaining tracking systems on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office.
    Assist in the coordination of company functions/events.
    Work with management on operational monitoring and reporting
    Assemble strategic reports and meeting minutes for management.
    Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:
    Minimum 1 year of work experience in a complex, professional services work environment and in a similar role
    Advanced level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships
    Proactive and highly organized with an exceptional ability to multi-task
    Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
    Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
    Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning relevant to the role
