Description

We are looking for individuals that can leverage their entrepreneurial spirit in order to support our growth and expansion plans.  We currently have an opportunity for a Surface Land Manager (Reference Number: SLMSK100) for our Lampman, SK Office.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for distributing the corporate strategy into the day to day operations of the Lampman office.
Manage and oversee projects in both a field and administrative capacity.
Provide teams with expertise and guidance and the tools they need to properly execute within their roles.
Ensure staff is delivering on projects in a timely fashion while being conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, ethics, standards and corporate operating principles.
Manage customer expectations ensuring they are being met.
Accountable for the integrity of the process and quality of the product that is produced by the division.
Responsible for the division meeting recoverability targets and for managing resources.
Active participation in CAPL, IRWA or other associations seeking opportunities to volunteer and work on surface initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary degree or diploma in land or related field, with a minimum of 10 years experience.
Proven Leadership ability
Complete understanding of applicable guides, acts and regulations
Complete understanding of typical land processes and procedures
Industry committee involvement
Able to communicate timely, clearly and concisely, both by phone and in person
Ability to manage tight deadlines and time constraints
Strong communication Skills
