SecurTek Monitoring Solutions is seeking a service oriented individual who thrives on delivering service excellence to customers while multitasking inbound and outbound calls for variety of customer inquiries including determining customer needs and service requirements regarding but not limited to, new products, services, and billing. The ideal Customer Care Associate will enjoy a fast-paced environment with opportunities for career advancement.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Grade XII education having successfully completed Level 30 Algebra or Math B30 and previous customer service experience. Other qualifications to be successful in this position are strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate in a professional manner. Computer skills should include familiarity with Excel and Word programs.
