S3 Blowers, a Division of S3 Manufacturing Inc., provides air power solutions to a wide variety of agricultural applications.
Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor coordinates installations, maintenance and repair work for the companys facilities, machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for evaluating problematic systems and determining what installation or repair services are needed. As Maintenance Supervisor, they must oversee, coordinate, schedule and assign work activities to Maintenance Support personnel and provide training as required. Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor must develop and implement maintenance procedures and maintain records.

Skills & Qualifications
    Minimum 3rd year Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), Journeyman status is an asset
    Ability to perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
    Two years experience in a supervisory role
    Perform basic mathematical computations
    Must have sourcing experience
    Knowledge of welding and fabrication equipment
    Welding and electrical experience is an asset
