In your role, you will:
Assign serial numbers to components and deadline dates to applicable tasks within the Electronic Fleet Management System (EFMS) as defined in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance policy manuals or local policies (Engineering Actions, etc.)
Receive and perform verification of incoming documents from technicians including Aircraft Service Orders, Sign off of Maintenance Packages, Oil and Engine Test sheets, Inventory Replacement Details etc. Distribute to appropriate Technical Specialists and file accordingly.
Maintenix inventory record validation (current usage and tsk deadlines);
OEM Log Card review and Maintenix entry validation.
Perform daily usage compares between Maintenix and Flight Pro, update as required
Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of a master library of over 500 publication (paper & electronic)
Repair damaged manuals
Create and update inventory details. Transcribe and verify all OEM date to proper local format.
Produce reports as requested.
Qualifications

You have knowledge of a Data Management System
You have attention to detail
You are a quick learner
You are proficient in Work, Excel and adobe Acrobat programs
You have excellent organizational skills
You have a general understanding of filing systems
You have experience in an office setting

You have a high degree of responsibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
