Description

Safety Boss is looking for a creative Station Manager/Sales Rep. in the Weyburn, Estevan area, whose responsibility will be to direct the day to day operations of the assigned station, and assume a strategic role in the management, sales and customer service functions of Safety Boss.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Practice/promote the Health and Safety policies of Safety Boss
Develop annual operating budget for the station
Meet or exceed station revenue/profit targets
Hire/maintain a trained/qualified staff
Insure communications at field level are in line with corporate level  
Remain up to date on all operational best practices regarding legal/regulatory requirements  
Ensure all Safety Boss policies/procedures are adhered to
Timely processing of accurate invoicing
Provide feedback/direction regarding strategic planning, goals/objectives for overall company performance
Communicate customer service functions/operational issues to Sales Manager/senior management
Manage company resources efficiently
Assist in the development/updates/implementation of sales objectives and strategies
Prepare detailed sales call reports, and proposals/bids to secure new business
Other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Sales Manager
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years experience in emergency response/safety services/sales
3 years experience in a team leadership/management role
Experience with job costing required
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook with ability to learn new software
Must be responsible, self-motivated, personable and well-organized
Excellent written/verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills are required
Ability to plan, organize/implement the successful completion of a number of duties/reports
Effectively handle stressful situations/manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Read/effectively interpreting general business documentation is required
Knowledge in the Oil and Gas Industry would be an asset
Clean Drivers License
