Responsibilities:
- Complete accurate and timely keying of items to internal data processing system
- Complete tasks relating to incoming/outgoing mail, client correspondence, deposit filing and records maintenance.
- Internal data system report tracking, sorting, distribution and auditing.
- Complete tasks relating to supply orders and inventory
- Assist in the administration of client address changes and returned mail items
- Provide support with general Word and Excel documents.
- Other general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (related experience in an automated environment would be a benefit)
- Working knowledge of GIC/RRSP/RRIF/TFSA products and applicable provincial and federal legislation
- Resourceful team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills with ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010.
