Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Medical Imaging Services, the Manager of Medical Imaging Services provides leadership and management for Lloydminster Hospital Medical Imaging services within a Patient First environment in PNHR. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general supervision and administration of Medical Imaging services including human resource management, budget preparation, financial monitoring including variance reporting, Quality Assurance and oversight on project management. The Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the technical/managerial/educational support for medical imaging at the Lloydminster site. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with leaders, physicians and staff in PNHR and will demonstrate ability to be a change agent, particularly in implementing the future provincial directions that will be established by the 3sHealth Medical Imaging Services.
The incumbent must utilize the concepts of Lean Leader Certification as adopted by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health.
Experience:
5 years experience in a hospital medical imaging environment.
2 years recent experience in a management position preferred.
Required Qualifications:
Member of the Saskatchewan Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (SAMRT) and Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologist (CAMRT)
